  • Images captured by CCTV footage (if your property includes CCTV monitoring).

We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you fill-out of a form on our website, log into the homeowner / resident portal, contact us through email or phone, participate in surveys, contests, or promotions, or carry out a transaction through our Services.

Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

From Business Partners and Service Providers

  • Provide you / the homeowners / residents with the community management services and additional services as agreed in the contract entered into between you and us, including giving you access to your homeowner / resident account.
  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve our website, products, or services.
  • Analyze website performance and usage.
  • Communicate with you and respond to your enquiries.
  • Provide you with support in the event of technical, financial, or other issues.
  • Notify you about changes to our website, products or services where appropriate.
  • Provide you with news, special offers and general information about other products, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
